How does per‑minute usage work?
Each license under the Standard Plan ($199 per user per month) includes 240 minutes of voice interaction - about 4 hours - per rep, pooled across your team. That means if one rep uses fewer minutes and another uses more, it balances out across your total licenses. If your team exceeds the pooled total, additional minutes are billed at $0.30 each. There’s a one-time setup fee of $12,900, which is waived for Beta participants.
